Hi Guys,

My application for NOC 0631 was received on Nov 10th. I am anxious to know if i will fall under the CAP limits.

The experience letter I Sent doesnt have the mumber of hours or the Salary. It just mentions the period when I worked there. The experience letter is from Aramark and this is the format they follow.

Will this suffice for CIC

well some of the seniors have suggested to me tht although CIO wants the experience letter to show the number of hours worked but if it is written in the letter tht u have been working full time it will be enuff. but u wud have been better off sending payslips or paystubs seperately (i gave salary certificate seperately and was ok). if u did these two things:
1. included payslip or salary certificate with ur application
2.experience letter mentions tht u had been working full time
u will be safe. otherwise it will be dicey. but i think u will make it.

by the way , you have to provide proof of your no. of years of experience.

"This letter verifies the employment of Sujeet Shetty from 2000 to 2003. He was hired as Student Worker (2000-2001) and promoted to a Student Manager/Location Supervisor (2001-2003) for our residence operations location. Attached is a copy of our job description."

37.5 hrs per week is the rquirement of the cio , reviewing officer has to verify your claim of number of years experience with the help of the documents you have submitted for example if you have claimed for 4 years , its your responsibility to provide evidences of 4 years . the scale of CIO is 37.5 hrs per week

Appreciate the reply from you on this. But this is the only letter I have submitted. The Letter also mentions a number which they can call to verify the employment. Will that help.
