Seperated spouse

Hi,
Need your advice.
I am married and seperated from my spouse from last one year. I want to process my pr for Canada. Before proceeding, I want to know if I will need any document from my spouse as I couldn't contact her and can't inform her about it. Can I process mentioning my name alone?
