I am Ph.D in Agriculture 2014, M.Sc(Hons) Agriculture 1996, B.Sc(Hons)Agriculture 1994, working as permanent employee Research Officer/Farm Manager in Govt Organization for last 19 years. Got Acceptance Letter from University of Saskatchewan for Sep17 in MPA. My employer I.e govt. has recommended my application for studies. I have paid first year full tuition fee and living expenses on 29 June 17 but haven't received Fee Deposit Confirmation Letter from University yet. University says, it will send during next week. Should I wait for University Fee Confirmation Letter or should submit my visa application right now ? I m afraid I m getting too late for visa application.

1) Should I wait for University Fee Deposit Confirmation Letter OR should I apply without warning for that ?
2) After submitting online application for study permit, can I upload or send my Fee Deposit Confirmation Letter later ?

YES. You should wait for university fee deposit confirmation letter as this letter will be an integral part of your application now. BTW when did u get ur acceptance letter from the University?
I received Acceptance Letter from University on 22 June 2017.

well the honest truth is that you almost late if not actually late. so i will advise you to check the processing time of your visa office. it is very necessary you wait for your complete document before you apply if not. thos document might still be requested and it will still delay.
I have submitted online application for study permit on 9 July 2017 that was acknowledged by CIC on 9 July 2017. How much time will it take for decision ? On the website of cic.gc.ca the processing time for Pakistan is 8 weeks. But many of my friends frighten me that it takes much longer time like 10-16 weeks. Need your valuable comments.
