so we are in the midst of our spousal sponsorship process.
October 27th , my husband, the sponsor , was emailed to file the undertaking application with Quebec immigration.
On the form it says to mail it up to 30 days from when it’s dated on the letter, we mailed it the 24th of November , and it was received the 27th, however on my form, the one which asked for finger prints, said it takes at minimum 25 days , and needs to be at the Canada visa office by December 24.
The payment form which we filled out has not been processed yet for the Quebec undertaking papers.
My question is, can I tell Canada immigration anything regarding we did in fact submit it within the 30 days, and the results will come in due time? Or did we shout ourselves in the foot and are screwed? Thanks
