Sent a supplementary fax to change the initial regular processing to urgent one

I have faxed the document to ask to change to urgent processing from regular processing 4 days before.
As mentioned by CIC website,
"What happens next
If you send us all the information we ask for, including a valid email address, we will email you within two business days to tell you if we can speed up your application. If you do not give us a valid email address, we will not be able to contact you."
So far I haven't got any feedback from CIC yet.

got the email from call center of CIC and mentioned they had notified Sydney, NV. Not sure if it means my case is passed?
