I am new to this Forum and i want to apply for Canada through express entry . so Pls guide me.. Followings are the details of mine:

Age = 33 (Years)
Occupation = Branch Operations Manager(Banking)
Experience = 8 years + (Banking Sector)
Spouse = Govt. Job
Children = 1 (3 yrs old)
Relative In Canada = Spouse's Real Sister (Citizen of Canada)
Qualification = B.Com (Regular) + MBA (Distance 2 years Program )
IELTS = Preparing for the IELTS

What are my Chances to get PR and How i File the case . Pls Guide...
