You applied for Post Secondary Diploma? And your previous qualification was the same Post Secondary Diploma right? If yes, this is most likely the reason for rejection.

no my previous rejection is not post secondry diploma its just a foundation course which is called diploma its of 6 months

Hi,


1. If you apply again on tuesday with the same LOA, it will be your big mistake and of course, a refusal for the 3rd time. Do NOT apply again with the same LOA. It's NOT going to work at all.

2. You need to understand your ONLY recognized qualification is +2 (non medical) and the same will be consider for the visa purpose. Your second qualification of a computer course from a 'private college' is USELESS for your visa application. It's not a recognized qualification for any purpose.

You need to select a relevant course (most probably a full undergraduate degree) and apply for the next intake. I don't think if a 'computer application diploma' is a course at all.

3. No one at CHC (India) is going to read/trust your SOP/Cover letter. Visa refusal is a very well thought out decision, you can't expect to get it change with one SOP/cover letter. It's not a part of visa checklist. Believe me, they won't read it even if William Shakespeare comes to write your SOP.
