Guys applied from Buffalo VO, USA ... I need to travel to my home country in about 2 weeks and I haven't got any news of PPR (my ECAS address disappeared on Dec 13 though) ...
but I have a student status in US and my visa is expired ... If I go to home country I would have to apply for US student-visa renewal and I would for sure miss the PPR 60 day deadline if PPR is issued while I'm outside US
What are my options:
- I can have the PPR transferred to my home country VO right?
- or when I go to home country I apply for visit to Canada ... and as soon as I get PPR I come to Canada as a visitor, send my passport to Buffalo VO across the border the way inland applicants from Canada do ... do you think this is possible? can I send my pp over from Canada to US as a visitor? I'd prefer this option over the first one
Please help!
