Sending TWP Application

hello there,, anybody can help me about my situation,,

i have a positive LMO from HRDC canada and now i'm starting to complete all my documents to submit in canadian embassy manila and hoping to give me another chance to work in canada again.now, my worries are these:

i worked in canada last 2007 till 2009 then i get back here in the philippines last january 2010.
i overstayed in canada because the agent who hired my new employer to process the LMO and my new work permit but the agent didnt do her part and that was the problem because the new employer trust that much and there was no positive LMO issued and the agent didnt say anything about that 2 times refused for LMO and at 3rd time it was approved but the 90 days restoration of my status was already passed.
my new employer was dissapointed and paid for nothing to the agent. my new employer and the agent had the agreement that all the application needed me is all her responsibility and my new employer will no longer to worry about that matter but unfortunely it was happened! And that was the reason why i left in canada.

and now after 2yrs and 3months staying here in the philippines , i got positive LMO and planning to submit my application this month in embassy manila , so these are my worries again.....

are they gonna give me another chance to approve the visa to work in canada again while i had this history? But u know what , honestly speaking its partly my fault because i trusted the wrong people and i felt so naive that time because i didnt asked more about the application before because they said and always said eevryday to me " dont worry my dear its all in process ,everything will goes well and so on and on... " and that was so annoying since then i realized!

so can u please give me some advice about this situation i have right now,.. and thank for it, will really appreciated till then,,

mag back read ka there was a similar case like yours who overstayed in canada and applied again in CEM but i think he got refused because of that reason overstayed but in his case i think wala pang 2years na nakauwi... as far as i knew pag ganyang case 2 years atang di pwede mag apply... so may be with your case ay pwede na coz sabi mo more than 2years ka n dito..

are you presently working here after 2 years na nakauwi ka dito sa pinas...

nope since nung umuwi ako last 2010 hindi ako nag work dito s pinas kasi that year i was get pregnant.
so ,now i had 11 months baby but im not yet married kasi un father ng baby ko ay on process un sponsorship by his filipino canadian citizen parents application but he was overage then ngayon where living together hindi kami makapag pa kasal kasi nga single un application nya pero overaged.

so ,now yung sister ko pinadalhan ako ng positive LMO by her employer pede ba ako mg apply ng refugee kasi actually hindi ko naman intenyion ma overstay ng 6months sa canada kasi nga pinaasa kami ng employer ko nun agent na ngprocess ng papers ko. bilang isang bagong apply s work hindi ako ng demand s agent ko kasi noon time na yun almost everyday ko sya tinatanong about my application, hindi ako nagkulang na i update yung status ng application ko pATi yung employer ko.Nagulat na lang kami ng ganon ang nangyari at hindi nya kami binigyan ng update s mga refused n LMO na ina pply nya before.
So what are my chances na mabigyan ako ng visa dito s embassy canada??

Any experience in sending a green NBI clearance with stamped "Travel Abroad" to Canada Embassy? I might go to an NBI center in the following weeks.

Do I need to my wife also? I might sure if can apply her for OWP, he has no employer in Canada. So probably a TRV also.

all you have to do is to submit your application with all your supporting documents and a cover letter explaining why you were overstayed for 6mos in canada by then you will know the answer of the vo who will review your application. other reason why your lmo application was got refused twice because that time was a recession and everybody had a hard time to get a positive lmo then.. good luck

yup!! sa tita ko wala naman problema dun kasi yung green automatic na pang abroad na yun.

Meron na kasi ako. Kinuha ko last Nov 11.

So sa wife ko na lang just in case. TRV sya e. Not sure if needed ang NBI clearance. Nung ako naman kumuha ng TRV, hindi naman hinanapan.

oo kasi kung kukuha ka pa ulit sayang lang eh pareho lang naman yun basta pag green automatic na yun na pang abroad yun . ipasa mo nalang din para sure dba hehe.. by the way ano ba inaaplyan nio? temporary work permit??

Yup TWP aapplyan ko. Pero sasama ko wife and daughter ko. TRV naman para sa kanila.

Ang hindi ako sure ay pag naapprove TWP ko, same lang ba ng mabibigay na length of stay nila sa TRV nila?

yun ang di ko lang sure kung pareho sila ng lenght of stay sayo. by the way mag papasa ka pa ba ng high school transcript tsaka diploma?? bukod sa college transcript and diploma may napag tanungan kasi ako dito pwede daw hindi na kasama yung high school ikaw ba???

Yung college TOR and diploma lang. Kasi automatic na yun na nag HS ka.

Yung passport, no need na pa photocopy at notarized.

U have an option, u can send ur pp along with ur application or u can send a copy aswell. For the safety of ur pp. I do recommend that u better send a copy only. But still up to u. If ur pp is needed. They will ask u t send it to them anyways.

ask ko lang po sa mga na refused dahil sa "family ties" ano po gnawa ninyo, ng re apply po ba kayo kaagad? tapos ilang wks bago dumating ang visa after re applying temporary work visa? kc ng apply kmi tapos na refused po, hindi ksi namin alam na kailangan pala ng mga proof of funds, mga assets eh.. dahil single ang status namin... tapos ang LMO pa namin eh ma expire na ngaung april 26.. it is possible po ba na mahabol pa namin yung LMo kung mg re apply kami ngaun? kc sabi ng employer namin hindi daw problema yung LMO kc mgbase daw ang CEM kung kelan mo submit yung application mo bsta before ma expire yung LMo dapat daw masubmit muna yung application sa CEM. Sana maging Ok na yung next application namin.
