So finally, today, I received my PR visa via DHL. Praise God for that! My next step would be "landing".

On Oct 4th I received my passport with PR visa back and yesterday Oct 5th I did the landing in Carway.
Everything was done in 45 min or less.

I just had my confirmation of permanent residence today at carway, alberta. They just confirmed my mailing address and contact number and i signed my CPR. And thats it. Will just have to wait for my PR card.

When I applied, I was required to submit all my certificate of employment and all should equal minimum of 3 yrs.

Yes, I have 10 years of experience, but if only 1 year is related to semi-skilled occupations, am I eligible or not?

in my case, all of my work experience were related to my current job. Not necessarily in fast food, but it was related to sales and customer service. Why dont you call the AINP hotline and ask them, thats what i did whenever I had clarification about sumthing.

HI all my employer sent my LMO already last April 2011, their in Alberta and I'm here in Philippines. Still I didnt get any results from my LMO.
