Selling my car as proof of fund

Hello everyone

Im planning to sell my car which is about 13000 cad and use the money as proof of funds
My bank account is nearly empty through out the year lol even my internship year saary which is about 200cad i take it in cash.
Is this acceptable as pof ? Because im planning to sell it before leaving my country or at least after receiving the ITA

Yes just include the bill of sale or whatever u call it in letter of explanation. Otherwise it can be a red flag
