Hi I noticed that Scotiabank do a start right program for new immigrants arriving in Canada. This looks great. One of the great advantages is that they offer you the opportunity to purchase a new car from selected car dealers who they have set up an agreement with enabling immigrants with no credit history to get a loan to buy a new car. One of the car manufacturers we were specifically looking at is Kia. Does anybody know if this special agreement loan between Scotiabank and Kia (as well as other car manufacturers) entitles you to purchase a new car or can you also use this to help you lease a car?
