Schedule A background declaration form

Hi folks
In schedule A background declaration form I have a query in education history question no. 5. I have 4 years of bachelor's degree and 3 years of master's. I do not understand what to write in the last column of trade/post secondary. Please tell me if anyone has suggestions about it.

Put that & if room, in what?
Did you also earn a master's?
Put that & if room in what? If not completed write in what you posted in your question.
I don't have a form in front of me, but just looking online on IRCC website..it says put the highest level you achieved.
