Hey Guys,

Finally the journey is coming to an end. Checked Ecas this morning, and this is what I saw:

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on November 26, 2014.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 9, 2015.
We started processing your application on February 27, 2015.
We sent you a notice on April 17, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on May 4, 2015 at 8:15 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
We sent you a notice on August 21, 2015 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on September 8, 2015 at 1:00 PM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

My test was on July 9th at SCARBOROUGH ecas changed to DM a month+ before but still waiting for pinky.

Congratulations NOV06 ... Going by your time line am hoping to get some good news in September. My status changed to DM on 10th July. CIC has their own rules/timelines that makes the things more unpredictable, but am hoping for the best.

Hi Denver me n you are on the same boat(almost same timeline) my office is SCARBOROUGH , test was on 9th July got ecas DECISION MADE after one week of test and still waiting for pinky. i think the time line depend on case to case, if all the citizenship requirements are fulfilled then there is no delay in the process, but if something needs more verification or workup then the process get a bite lengthy , anyhow everyone must eventually achieve the target its the game of neuron , lets wait and watch. please update me when u get ur oth invitation which i can guess is expected very soon.thanks

Your Test Letter should list all the necessary documents that you need. In essence you need to bring all the original documents copies of which you submitted. So you will need your current passport and an expired one if it falls in the 4 year period, PR card, (The two identification cards you used) so Health Card and Driver's License would ideally be all you need.
