Kindly wait . Its not that fast since its paper base. It will take 45-90 days. You will be able to link your application after you have received your AOR.

i am in process of changing my job will it affect my application submitted to cic. Also want to know how the verification works. Will they call up my employer or once i change should i inform them about my new job.

Quite stress out how the verification of my employment works.

Verification from an employer depends upon case to case basis.......some of them i know got calls and some of them not.so its good if your inform the cic about your job change(but this might cause a delay).

If i would be you, i will stay at the same job.
