Hi,

Can somebody share their employment/reference letter from those applications that were approved?

(Noc code and Job Descriptions should match from the working permit)

Should we just copy the MAIN DUTIES listed in the NOC CODE?

Thanks for your help guys.

Don't ever make the mistake of copying the duties from the NOC........... You will be rejected right away.

Write the duties in your own words, by keeping in mind the duties listed in the NOC.......

All The Best!!!

Hi Gracy016, Here is the format that I would recommend

PLEASE PRINT ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD

<month> <date>, <year>

Attn: Citizenship and Immigration Canada

This is to confirm that Mr. <Employee Name> is full time employee of our office in <City>, Canada. Mr. <Employee Name> has been employed with <Name of the company>, Canada since <month><day> <year>. Mr. <Employee Name> designation is <name of the designation> and includes the following main duties

• Duty 1;
• Duty 2
• Duty 3;
• Duty 4
• Duty 5;
• Duty 6
• Duty 7;
• Duty 8

His/Her current salary is CAD <amount> Per Annum.

Should you have any further question, do not hesitate to contact us

Yours truly,

HR Manager

Keep the information as simple as possible and pls ensure that the duties are matching with your NOC Codes. And one more thing If you want get this kind of letter, always say "Employment Confirmation Letter" to your employer and not Reference Letter. In ON, every employee has the right to get the "Employment Confirmation Letter" from thier employer. So wish you good luck.

Try also having number of hours per week mentioned in the letter.
Don't "try." It is required.
