Same Job has to be 1 year or can be different

Hello all,
I just want to know that in order to get points for job from foreign country does job has to be 1 year in same company or can be like 8 months in one company and 4 with other company aswell if noc category remains same

As long as the NOC remains the same AND there is no break in continuity you can meet the eligibility criteria under the FSW program.
