RT PCR from US to Canada

Hi, I recently got my visiting visa and i’m planning to fly from US to Canada this November. Do I have to get the RT PCR test and get the results with QR Code? Or just the normal RT PCR with out qr code on result is also fine?

I stay in Oklahoma. Any suggestions on any locations where I can get my test done? Like some specific lab chain or some pharma stores?

Hi. Thanks for the response. I’m planning to travel by air. I live in Oklahoma. But I was wondering if there’re some generic locations like walgreens or some labs like quest diagnostics who does that.
