RPRF Request Understanding !!!

Guys... I have following couple of questions:

1. Does getting RPRF request means that R10 and A11.2 checks are done and they are passed ?

2. Does the file transferring from CIO to LVO means that both R10 and A11.2 checks are already passed at CIO ?

3. If the answer to any or both of above questions is NO... Can you please further guide what will be the actual answer ?

if they requested rprf in the first month or two its still soon to assumed that you already passed the r10 and A11.2...but if you got it say like a week before the 6 months processing time i would say youre going to get your ppr soon coz thats what happened to my application... nobody really knows what will happen to your application only you could know and do something about it by ordering gcms notes...good luck..
