RPRF Paid/Medicals Passed and Submitted... Chances of not getting a Visa?

Hello every one. I am a newbie here. My husband and I had gone a long way just to reached this stage of our FSW application.

1ST SHOT
June 2008 when we first applied under the 38 Qualified Professions but we were DECLINED JANUARY 2010, due to NOT MATCHED qualification that we applied then. IT WAS OK THEN, THOUGH WE WERE SO DISAPPOINTED. God's will we understand

2ND SHOT
August 26, 2010 we applied under PROVINCIAL NOMINEE (ALBERTA) since my husband's elder brother already in Canada. Goodness!!! we were THREE (3) DAYS LATE FOR SUBMISSION. AUGUST 23 The Provincial Nominee had been TEMPORARY CLOSED and until now not opening... WE WERE AGAIN DISAPPOINTED for the 2nd time... GOD'S WILL AND WE ACCEPTED.

3RD AND FINAL SHOT (AS WE DECIDED)
JANUARY 2011 we applied again, under FSW NOC 7216 MECHANIC TRADE SUPERVISOR. ALL DOCUMENTS were completed in the filing.

HERES OUR TIMELINE:
Permanent Residence
Application Received :January 5, 2011.
AOR received : March 14, 2011.
Application Reviewed :May 2, 2011.
Medical/RPRF request :May 3, 2011
Medical Done :May 28, 2011 (passed)
Medical Received :June 3, 2011
RPRF Paid :June 3, 2011


Now I am asking. Please help us, are we expecting to received a POSITIVE RESPONSE in our application soon? As I have stated its been a long run for us already and this will be our LAST TRY. Are we sure already that we already for visa soon? please help.

What is your visa office, by the way?

Our visa office is Manila our agency is fixing everything there. But since we are residing now here in Dubai, UAE with my family we were opted to change address and have been trying to be catered by the Visa Office here in Abu Dhabi, UAE. A request had sent here already but no response yet.

I just do not know if it will be a problem sooner or later if we will change the visa office? What would you think guys?
