We gonna rent an apartment in Scarborough, Toronto..... The rent will b very cheap...

I completed my 12th in hyderabad and I want to join centennial clg this fall for a advanced diploma so can u help me in accommodation.
but i have a doubtu said food for $300 but many say that our expenses will be $420-450 so how is it possible?
