hi everybody! my parents and younger brother are close to getting their canadain immigration from Canadian embassy Islambad. my question is about permanat residence fees. I know my parents have to pay it but my brother is 25 year old dependent. does he need to pay the fee too? and can I pay their PRF from Canada and how? Thanks .....

Assuming your brother was part of the initial application and he was under the age of 22 years when it was submitted, he is locked in as a dependent and is included in the family under one $490 Right of Landing Fee (or Right of Permanent Residence Fee RPRF). And yes, I don't see any reason that you couldn't pay the RPRF on their behalf. You can pay it online - print out the receipt, fill out their information, and mail it to the proper office (probably Mississauga, but check). You should also print out a second receipt for their records.
