Medicals passed - 14.06.2017
Background check IP1 - I am not sure which day it was exactly but the period was very short, then NA.
Just yesterday review of additional documents changed into we do not need additional documents.

I am so worried. What's going on with my application? Please tell me.

Thats a good change. At least there is some movement. A change of additional documents status to not needed is a good sign. Keep an eye, might be good news in the near future.

Yes this can be the case, indicating a new department or vo is dealing with the file.
To make sure,
You can mail :
CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
The mail title ( Application number-Visa office enquiry)
In the email body, you must mention at the end:
- your stream
- last name
- Given names
- DOB
- UCI #
They usually respond within 1-2 days

Are the files of all outland applicants transfered to LVO? Or, might be finalised at Ottawa?

If your file is in Ottawa, it will get finalized there
