Returning to Canada - Residency Obligation not met - Please help

Hi,

I become a PR in March 2007 and left Canada in the end of April 2007 to USA to work on H1B visa. I am now planning to return back to Canada next month to search for job. It has been more than three years and I do not meet the residency obligation anymore. Will I face any problems during entry as a PR?

There are no guarantees but if you do get in, do not apply to renew your PR until you meet the residency obligations again.
