returning after intital immigration

We got our pr card in 2010 and headed off to Ontario but within the year had to return back home. Now we have been offered more work out in Saskatoon so are heading out again. My question is do I have to go through the whole immigration thing at Toronto Airport or do I just head through like a citizen?

walk like citizen (you are almost one). since you got your pr card in 2010, i assume it is valid till 2014. Beware, they may ask you questions on why you left the country for a long time etc etc, be prepared to tell the truth (truth is best!)

Note: while renewing your PR card, they will evaluate your status renewal eligibility. You should've been in Canada (physically and on books) for 2 years out of the preceding 5.
