Return of Passport

Hi Guys. Pls help.

I received email from canada that processing has been completed at the high commision of canada in sg.
They give options how i wish to return the
Passport.
1. Registered mail (approx 10 days)
2. Courier ( dhl/fedex/ups/tnt)
- i know these courier are not accepting local delivery.

Confused???

Is this email says that i have high chances that my visa is approved.
What you think.
Nerve wracking but thanks be to god.
My agony is over.

if the embassy is asking for your passport and your application has been processed completely, then most likely you approved because if not, then they could have written you a letter informing you that your visa was refused and they will state the reason...
