When I applied to work as a Customer Retention Consultant, it required a Bachelor's degree and pay started at $21/ hr. This is a specialized area of work and should not be categorized under customer service. I cannot find the appropriate NOC code for this position. It however should be skill level B not customer service. Can anyone please advise me further on this? Thank You.

Pre-Assessed..
try emailing the HRSDC with your job responsibilities. they take approx 10 days to answer but at least will provide you a better idea of how your job will be categorized.

then you can use that email to explain to the VO how you came to the decision as to what your NOC is.
