Restoration of statues refused, Please help.

My restoration for statues got refused, the reason is that it says i failed to submit my transcript, which I have submitted, and I have proof, called CIC and followed instructions to file a ticket.

My question is, if I lose my statues and pass the 90 days, I know I will have to leave, can I re-apply from my home country again and right away as soon as I get back?

Will it be hard to obtain a new study permit from my country?

Will I be flagged for leaving Canada because my application got refused? I will leave before the 30 days.

if you abide by the rules of CIC in case of a flaw you will not be punished but infact rewarded in the sense that they would consider that this chap followed the rules last time he defaulted.

so in short, if you cant do things within these 90 days then leave peacefully.

go back and start a fresh application.

hopefully things work out without you having to leave.

Hey bazbezoon, just wanted to ask you what happened to your restoration application? Did you have to go back to your country and re-apply or did they grant it here in Canada?
