My mother hasn't met the residency requirement of 730 days in Canada. Her PR card expired and she would like to return back to Canada. We've been advised to apply for a travel document first in home country. I would like to write a letter under the humanitarion and compassionate grounds for her case. Any idea how I should go about writing this?
