REQUIREMENTS. PLS HELP

Hi,

The Canadian Embassy told me that i need to complete the 11 pages application form for tourists visa.

1. Application form : IMM52572010E (5 pages) included the validating
2. Family Information Form : (3 pages)
3. Supplementary Application Form : ( 1 page)
4. Supplementary Checklist : (2 pages)

i have the Application form imm5257 . can u pls send me a link for no. 3 and 4? the supp. form its 1 page and the supp. checklist its 2 pages.

what i need to do if i have some doc. with typographic error? my friend's invitation letter he states in the letter that my job is as account manger my real position is account supervisor. it's look like not match in my employment certfcate. what i need to do ? pls help

Download and print the Philippine checklist and accomplish the forms asked. Family information form is IMM 5645.

i'll already check the supplementary checklist it said i need the supplementary info. form. but im really confused in supplementray application form because it said without supplementary application form, my application will be returned unprocess. ???


and how to support/correct my friends invitation letter from me with typographic/information error? like account manager to account supervisor?

You need both forms. Imm 5657 and Imm 5645 can be found at cic.gc.ca and the one page Phil supplementary form and the Phil checklist can be found at

You can either have your friend send you a new invitation or submit what you have. I don't see why your job designation have any bearing or why it was even mentioned on the invitation unless you're coming to do a business presentation.

a total of only 10 pages.. what they mean my family information is 3 pages but it's 2 pages only

Probably the old form but it's not there any more. Don't worry; it's IMM 5645 that's asked for.
