Requesting Help with NOC 4121

Hi all Esteemed Members.

I am Nov 2005 Applicant CHC New Delhi. I am working as Assistant Professor in Engineering College. I Qualify under NOC 4121: University Professors Category.

But the academic Qualifications listed for this NOC is Doctorate Degree.I donot possess Doctorate but a Bachelors & Masters in Engineering.

Kindly suggest whether it is safe to apply under NOC 4121.

If it impossible kindly suggest wayout.

Yes u can apply under 4121 category if your main duties are same. Most important thing is main duties evaluate yourself and then apply. Phd is not a compulsion as u can see same points are given to the masters and phd. Again, be accurate and precise for the main duties.
