M a graduate nurse nd i got refusal in personal support worker course under spp category reason was that purpose was not cleared and course is redudant nd socio economic conditions can u please justify these reasons???? N another is dat do i need previous sop for pteparation of my new sop for another course and another college??

income certifct shwn wth max income of 4,80000/pa
sanctioned loan- rs.8 lakh
1st semester fee ws already paid as rs3,80000
i applied in personal support worker at st. Clair college windsor buh i got refusal as due to above reasons that i mentioned nd i got refusal can u please hrlp me out in justifying these statements and clear my further queries.....i'll b thankful to yuhh as em very tensed.... Do reply asap

Your profile is good.....you can get visa in second attempt.....you just need to change the course.....choose the course which is exactly relavent to your latest qualification....i dont see any relationship between nursing and personal support worker....is there any?......Kaurgill said:

you will have to apply under generic category now.........SOP doesn't matter.......i will strongly advise you to look for a course which is exactly relevant to your BSC nursing......Kaurgill said:

yes so called non spp (generic) category.....fund is ok to have first year tutuin fees + 10000CAD living cost+ 2000CAD otherKaurgill said:

And I thought I was the only one "honored" with this weird refusal reason. ;D 
Complete refusal reason was
[X] Purpose of visit
[X] Proposed program is redundant. Not a logical progression of studies. Should already possess skills the program is meant to impart.
[X] The Socio-economic conditions in India.

Had a talk with Canam representative & he told me almost all the refusals coming now a days includes the socio-economic bit. Asked about 4-5 different consultants, none of them was certain what exactly did it meant. Although one consultant told me it means that the job opportunities after that particular program are less in India & your sole purpose is to move to Canada for a job. Not sure how right is he. But then again, it ain't that much of a factor as the program choice. So, need to remove that reason first.
