I am eligible for the citizenship criteria. I have question regarding English equivalency test. Basically my spouse did not gave IELTS or any other English equivalency test during or after PR process. I was primary applicant for PR application. I did my IETLS during PR application in 2015-2016(Hope I can submit that for myself during citizenship application). Now my question is for the citizenship application, does he have to apply for English test (CELPIP mentions Listening and speaking) or IELTS. He did B.E. in computer science from Mumbai University , also we never did WES equivalency for him. Can anyone please advise what is to be submitted for English equivalency in this case, we heard that Transcript can work if medium of education is English for degree. But then question is which Transcript either College one or Mumbai University one? Did anyone come across this situation. Please revert
