Tim will take CAD 750 for filing an email to CHC FSW chief and on success another CAD 750.... Total CAD 1500 if a court case is not required...

However is CHC refuses again, then a court case is needed and for that you have to pay him CAD 2000 before filing a case and another CAD 1000 after the success.... This CAD 2000 will include your CAD 750 which you will submit first time..since he will only take up your case if you are willing to go to court.....

yes. i got my case rejected due to JDs mismatch. I have hired professionals who are representing the same and as per their expertise they will get my case re-opened and i will not have to pay hefty JR fees to lawyer like Tim Leahy

After that they have sent me a letter on 24th July 2012 and now in August 11, 2012 I didn't received any letter from CHC London. What should I do? Do I need to write a letter to CHC London to ask them please disclose the content of letter or I Need to wait more to receive the letter? Please need your advice.

did your case reopen on reconsideration.....?

i received request for updated docs after one month time after getting approval on reconsideration

no i recommend you to wait for at least 2 weeks to send them CSE....they normally take 2 weeks to 8 weeks to reply on reconsideration
