Refusal Appeal by Email to CHC New Delhi or any other option ?

Hi

I got refusal from CHC New Delhi that I don't meet 1 year continuous year experience but I have only 1 day gap i.e. Sunday in 2 jobs which sums to 1.5 years. Same was accepted by CIO.

For appealing for refusal -is there any other option apart from sending email/letter to CHC New Delhi ?

Write a letter to Program Manager, Immigration Section or Apply for Judicial Review at Federal Court in Canada.

1st is Free Option. 2nd costs you 5000 CDN
