Reference number starting with XF. How long it takes to change from XF to F?

Hi - I applied for family sponsorship in Nov 2021. Received an email requesting more info. in May 2022 with reference number starting with XF which I provided in May only. I haven't received any update or AOR since then. Anyone know how long it takes to get a finalized reference number starting with F or AOR? Has anyone gone through similar process? Tried contacting IRCC for weeks but call never gets connected. Appreciate any help.

You could try connecting your file using the Fnnnn without the X in the gckey login.

Or you can wait for your AOR with the F application number.
