I have worked for a Telecommunication company for 4 years and 3 months. Initially I was hired by company A who usually outsource employees for this telecom company and I worked under title: Sales Help Desk ( NOC 2282 User support technicians)

After 1.3 years with company A, they had some financial crisis due to which they delayed in employees payments and I was left with no choice to move to Company B who also outsource employees but still working with the same Telecom company under title: Sales Help Desk (NOC 2282 User support technicians). it was the Telecom company management itself who helped me to move to different outsourcing company which was good in treating employees well. I was moved to company B and I stayed with this company B for 4 months

After 4 months, I was promoted and the Telecom company moved me into their direct payroll system and I became a full term employee with a new new title: SME Support Executive ( but same NOC 2282 User support technicians) at this point I resigned from the other outsourced company B

I worked under this telecom company on their payroll for 2 years and 7 months, where I was promoted to 3rd Role: Senior Executive SME Telephone Account Management NOC 6221 Technical sales specialists - wholesale trade and than I had to leave the company. So in total 4 years and 3 months I completed

Now the issue is that I want to apply for immigration and I am confused as well as worried on how to justify these things on paper? The issue is with previous companies. Company A was in crisis at that time, currently they are not responding to my emails to provide me the Reference letters. Company B I spend only 4 months only, how will that be counted? If I don't show this experience I will lose 1.7 Years experience from my Canada application and I will be left with only 2.7 years experience in TELECOM company.

The issue is the telecom company will only issue me letters when I moved to their payroll only. Even though I worked for them for very long time, since I was not in their direct HR payroll they don't take responsibility to issue letter for that period of time.

Please guide me what should I do to get this experience letters from Company A and B?

Try to get letter from company B, which will make your experience more than 3 years. Check your selection factor and CRS points for this criteria. If you have enough points, then don't worry about company A. Explain the situation clearly in your LOE.

Thank you for your reply. But for company B I have only 4 months experience in the NOC 2282 User support technicians. They will give me 4 months reference letter only.

I have 2.7 years experience letter in hand with me from the telecom company for NOC 2282 and NOC 6221

Am confused if sharing One NOC 2282 between two or three companies is acceptable?

Can you wait few months and let experience be 3 years in your latest company as it will be be lot cleaner considering the issues you mentioned? Not sure what your CRS is to advise anything further but do make sure that you a choose a NOC as primary only that one for which you have worked for 12 months continously, if you cannot take reference letters from A & B then you should not select that NOC as primary but instead select NOC which you had in last company.

Well, you list out all you work experiences in your work history along with a NOC for each of those work experience. If you cannot get experience letters, can you get from a colleague/supervisor of previous company on plain paper and get it notarized. But make sure you back it up with documentary proof, job offer letter, paystubs etc to prove you worked for those companies. And also be confident that in case IRCC wants to verify those details then they are able to, those companies should exist, be contactable, sufficient information in public domain should be available for them, If you feel all that is not possible just do not show those experiences and avoid rejection.

I can provide offer letters I signed with company A and B. But I am not getting in touch with them so payslips I dont have. I can show email conversations or the emails exchanged with them. Since the company was in crisis that time I am not sure what are they doing these days. Because of these reasons I am not able to get in touch with them.

It can be anyone, but more importantly you will have to explain all this to IRCC in a Letter of Explanation and it can prove to be a tedious job as nothing you are getting is on company letter head and then if IRCC wants to verify your experience they would face same issues as you are currently facing. There are high chances they may not consider that as valid experience

Hello Everyone
Please suggest me best thing for me.
I am in Express entry pool with 469 crs.
My profile is computer teacher in government secondary school. Actually the education department hires the computer teachers through outsource company. I am teaching in school so my roles and responsibilities are only known to my workplace but on the other hand the outsource agency credit the salary.
So what should i do in this case. My workplace employer has mentioned roles and responsibilities , working hours, joining date, designation all in my reference letter, but salary is not mentioned only.
So what is best please suggest of someone is on the same boat.
