"Reference letter from employer"; Is it Ok to produce an experience letter that companies usually provide? Are they strict on the business card of the person signing?

I have no answer to you on this because I am at the visa office stage too but i think it would be okay as long as 'business card' information is found somewhere on the letter. You can only provide what your company will give you. Explain in your cover letter that you cannot get a business card. I think you should be okay.

In my opinion, If your reference letter is on a "Company's Letter head", with all the Logo, address, fax, email, tel.no and all the rest "PI-PA-PO" and the name of the person signing it is written in full, then, I think you will be fine even without a Business Card.

I think, The idea of the Business card is to enable the CIC to get back to somebody who can verify the contents of the reference letter.
