I am working 40 hours per week in USA with a company contracted for a client. The company also files my taxes. However, the roles and responsibilities letter says the below
'Name of employee' is contracted with 'name of company' as a Technical Business Analyst for our client, 'name of client'. His project with
'name of company' began on January 7, 2019.
This is followed by roles and responsibilities in bullet form.
I have payslips that show my working hours as well as my tax statement. Will this be enough?
I am just confused as nowhere they mention I am a full time employee.
