Records of Employment, PGWP 1 Job

My situation:
Worked under Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) for 13 months.
Received ITA last week.
I am on my first and only job (also CURRENT ONE).

I'm wondering about what I should upload for the employment documents.
It says that I should only upload 1 document regarding employment, which is the Records of Employment.

1. What are the documents I need to submit?
2. Do I request it from my company? Service Canada?
3. Should it mention any details regarding NOC code I'm applying under, or will the job details be sufficient?
