Receiving Citizenship Certificate Timeline

Hi all,

My application for Canadian citizenship has been granted (Oct 25) and I have received the letter (Nov 10) from the visa office informing me that my citizenship certificate will be mailed to the location indicated on the Canadian Certificate Preparation Form. My question is, how long and when should I expect to receive the certificate as it has been about 4 weeks since the decision of granting me citizenship. Any information are highly appreciated. Thank you.

My situation is a bit complicated because I was adopted by a Canadian citizen and have to travel back to home country to complete the process. Now that citizenship is granted, I am waiting to get the certificate to apply for passport to return to Canada.
