After 7 months of waiting, my husband's SINP nomination under skilled worker category "B" has been approved
.... Now our concern is what is the next move?
My husband, myself and our 2 kids have all Multiple Temporary Residence Visa valid until 2015/2016. Do we have a chance to flagpole all together in Edmonton Airport using our visitors visa (valid till 2015/2016)? Will the immigration officers in the airport could issue work permit for my husband, open permit for myself and study permits for my kids? What are the needed documents we have to present to the airport in case flag poling is allowed?
How many months we are allowed to wait to apply for PR to CIC?
