Received Rejection from London CHC!

Hi All
As expected, I have received Rejection Letter from London CHC saying that you are not performing essential duties under NOC.
I have provided original letter which include same duties which was in form to CIO & CHC.
Also in rejection letter it mansion that any original documents you have submitted will being return to you but i have received noting with rejection letter.
Any Comment?

Dear Friend,

I think you can discuss with some seniors or get advise from an Agent regarding giving "Appeal"

without looking at your ref letter nobody can advise you in this situation..do u think you have covered all or most of the responsibilities as mentioned by cic or sometimes it happens when CHC call and check with your employer and found something different.
one more ques...have you copied all the responsibilities from CIC website or its different.
please don't mind but sometimes it happens by mistake which leads to immidiate rejection.

SDESAI1981 , I am sorry to hear about your rejection. I know from your posts that you were suspecting this after your status turned to Eligibility review complete

Are you planning to reapply. I hope things get better for you.

Do you mind sharing which NOC code you applied under and what duties did you mention.

I am not sure appeal is available in new rules but i thinking to send request to review to immigration officer but not sure.

I have not copied from CIC website and they have not called to my emloyer. When i applied to CIO, I got approval and same duties i have submitted to London CHC & i got rejection..

I am not sure whether is it worth to reapply as I spend lot od money in notary, IELTS & PCC and they have not send my original IELTS result as well as other original docs. I am belong to 2145 NOC.
