Received NOI but Celpip score is about to expire

Hi Team,

CELPIP Exam date- 20th March 2022 ( as per site, score expires in 2 years however the same is not mentioned on scorecard)
NOI received- 14th December 2023
OINP application submitted on 20th January 2024 and its in "assessment " stage
My express entry is valid but score is about to expire in next few days and I have sent webform to OINP informing the same.
what should I do next? Should I give celpip general again and what if I receive less score now? Will this impact my OINP Nomination ?

Ask under PNP. Sine your nomination is still under assessment, your question is not relevant to EE.
