Hello everyone,
One of my friend received his invitation. But he has been asked if his WP was ever refused. He has worked in Canada on an ICT WP before for more than 2 years. Then he went back to India. He recently applied for WP 4 months back, but this time it was refused as the role did not match the WP NOC code he was applying for.
What should he respond in the questionnaire to the question "Have you ever been refused visa or permit before"?
Seniors, as always, you guys have been extremely helpful. Please help in this as well.
