Reapplying for Refusal Case - Jan 2021 (Winter Intake)

I submitted my application on 08th Oct 2020 and gave biometric on 15th Oct 2020. But unfortunately got rejection on 26 November 2020 , now i am ready to reapply with other documents. Can anyone comment if it is too late for Jan 2021 intake?
My college have refund policy if you get rejected while studying online. My first sem is online.
