reapply work permit/vistor permit after refusal

Hi Folks,
Just a quick question, if re-applying for a Work Permit/Vistor permit extension from within Canada after been refused once. In the application form under background info - Have you ever been refused any kind of visa, admission, or been ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Should it be marked yes and explain the reason of refusal or this should be marked No?

Yes, you should check yes and explain why you were refused earlier. The question seems pretty straight forward. You'll probably get another work visa if you've got everything they've requested
