Re. Sending PR application within Canada.

Hello,

I am from Fort Mcmurray and Native from India. I would like to apply PR under Federal Skilled worker program. I am little bit confused to mention Visa processing office in the application. so can you help me to mention visa processing office whether canada or India office?

I almost an year and half in Canada. I heard from someone, If more than an year living in canada, I can apply with in canada, otherwise I have to send my application to Newdelhi( India). I am not clear now..


Please advice me to anyone... Thanks in Advanace....

You can apply wherever you want. Does not make a difference. New Delhi has got a shorter processing time and send out 2nd AOR really soon.
At the same time Ottawa has got lots of backlogs from files transferred from Buffalo. Your call.
