try to contact CIC at HPM.PROD @ cic.gc.ca/ fax at 613-952-6399...If u don't have the Receipt No. quote the "the first two and the last four digits of the credit card as well as the expiration date." while mailing....This is the only mail id I can see they have given for Contact although this scenario is not covered...Source->

Btw, are you sure you are using the correct link that was mailed by ur VO?..One person reported that the VO had mailed the RPRF-Express Entry link to pay the fees....

Vo might have given links also...you can use these links for downloading forms...
You can pay processing fee with credit card or dd...
Do write details at the back of photos
Marriage certificate is fine ..ii submit the same...
No need to pay rprf fee now...you have to pay when you are asked to pay

Hi Friends,

I received MR for my new born today (new born's docs submitted 1 month back). In that NDVO has asked for this:

"Please provide official receipt of processing fee paid for the child"

What do they mean by this? I have already submitted an updated "IMM5620E-Fee Payment Form Application for Permanent Residence" for payment of $150 CAD (for my child's addition to the application) to be deducted from my credit card. They haven't charged me though yet.

Please guide me what does NDVO means by this.

Ur the 1st guy I have seen who has tried to pay the Fees using CC and a Fee Payment FOrm....Generally everyone has paid by DD... R u sure that Local VO has CC charging capabilities like a Merchant? This is not CIC, NS...Generally, seniors don't advise this method of payment...And NDVO's mail also indicates they are unable to charge ur CC...

If u wish to pay using CC, you can do it urself online and mail them the receipt....Suggest that when u send the baby MR, you pay online, send them the receipt alongwith a cover letter advising them that you sent that Fee Payment Form with CC details by mistake and to please ignore it...

This says that it is fine if the payment is made in wrong category provided the amount paid is correct.

You will see three options , Save, Print and Email. You can press save and PDF will be save on your PC

Take two prints of Receipt. (one for your reference and other for NDVO)

Please let me know if this is correct. a friend of mine had completed his payment using this way.

I have been asked to submit PCC from China to immigration in 30 days. Getting PCC from China is gettin next to impossible for me because in order to obtain PCC from China one has to appoint a friend who acts on your behalf to do all the legalities. I left China 6 years ago and I dont have any friend livin in China now who can help me. There are some agencies who ask for $600-$1000 to get PCC done for you. But I dont trust any of these agencies.

PLEASE HELP ME. WHAT SHOULD I DO. IS THERE ANY WAY OUT THAT CAN IMMIGRATION WAIVE OFF MYMY PCC FROM CHINA?? PLEASE COMMENT.

It's very unlikely that they will accept non-submission unless you can provide some sort of written proof...Try to obtain it in order to get PCC waiver..

Also check what others in a similar situation are doing....like AnkurB..

you share the NOC of my spouse. He lived in China earlier and has provided "Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions" as required by the CHC. We are also speculating that the delay in our case is due to China's Police clearance.

Just want to know that if you also have lived in China? if yes, then have you submitted the same documents known as "Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions" or some other document?

Dear all,

Yesterday I got Golden mail regarding Passport Request.

I have one problem, there is no space between my name and my father name. Even same name appeared in all communications of CIC and CHC and also appeared on ECAS.

How can I correct this name? What should I do to make this correction?

Please help me in this regards as I am going to submit passport next week.

I am worry about that this incorrect name appeared in PR card as all record contain this name.

No worries ..When u submit PPR, provide a Signed Cover Letter saying that ur First Name is this, ur Surname is this and ur seeing ur name-surname displayed together without spaces, hence requesting them to correct this and to update their records accordingly...

Also make sure to fill the Information Table accurately...

At least they have replied to ur CSE..generally they never reply...and they have confirmed that 3rd party agencies are conducting ur BG checks...

Ur going thru the wait which everyone dreads of.....But I feel it'd not be much longer....Just hang in there for a little longer...And pray!!

Else what details to be filled of Self in receipt like DOB,Client ID means UCI , Address (Present or Permanent Both) , Mobile no.

Is anything more to be filled.

Dont worry. Relax..i have sent my china pcc and got my visa in feb...needs 2 to 3 weeks to get china pcc..sent u PM..
