No not at all. They are just taking a bit more time in stamping.

You got PPr from NDVO or Columbo. I mean where do you need to send the passport?

So now does it means I need to submit passport for visa stamping and then I can land anytime Once the visa stamped. You will have a deadline before which you need to land

The Colombo office asked me to submit to NDVO .. so I shall sent to NDVO
My documents were transferred to colombo so processing was done there

I have lost the hope. Got PPR on 27 Feb. DM on 28 Feb.
Submitted passports with VFS, New Delhi on 2nd March. Passports were dispatched to NDVO on 3rd March.
It's been 43 days now and passports have not been returned. Don't know why this is happening to me.
Everybody who submitted passports in Delhi on 2nd March got the passports maximum by 13th March.

Called VFS, sent emails to Embassy, raised CSE, visited Embassy. No reply, nothing happening.
